Refund policy
Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
• All goods sold on the Platform are non-refundable. We do not o]er money-back
refunds under any circumstances.
• Returns are accepted only for replacement (exchange) products.
• Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to
the following:
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as
delivered.
• The issue must be due to wrong item delivered.
• We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving any replacement. • Replacements will not be accepted for change of mind, incorrect measurements,
color preference, or customer ordering errors.
• The following items are non-returnable and non-replaceable:
-Customized or cut-to-size materials (e.g., tiles, fabricated items)
- Perishable or chemical products (e.g., paints, adhesives, sealants – once opened)
- Bulk loose materials (e.g., sand, gravel, cement – if already delivered)
Return shipping and handling costs for replacement requests shall be borne by the
customer unless the error was caused by BRIXPORT INNOVATION LTD.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
